Ordering
A typed, or clearly written copy of work you want done must be submitted with your order.If you are ordering envelopes a finalized list of all addresses as they would appear on inner & outer envelopes must be submitted with the order.

Rush Orders
There will be a minimum of $50 charge for rush orders required less than a 48 hour turn-around time. Additional charges may also be calculated on size, complexity and time frame for the commission.Discount
10% discount on additional projects. i.e. If I address your envelopes and write your place cards you will receive the 10% discount on your place cards costs.Cost of Materials
Clients are welcome to supply material suitable for calligraphy when ordering.If supplying Envelopes
- Please provide 10% - 15% extra envelopes and/or place cards.. The calligrapher’s concentration is on letter formation and spelling mistakes can occur.
- Dark envelopes or darkly lines envelopes – please provide 20% additional envelopes as these are more challenging.
Addresses
Please provide a typed, finalized list of all addresses as you would like them to appear on the envelope. Below the address please have the inner names if I am doing the inner envelopes as well as outer, written as you would like them written. All address wording will be aligned left and placed slightly below center on the envelopes, unless otherwise requested.Upon delivery of the completed envelopes, I will keep 3-5 spare envelopes in case you spot any errors on the envelopes. We recommend that you review them and check them off your address list prior to stuffing them to ensure that all the addresses have been completed correctly.
Payments
Payments are accepted using certified cheques or money orders.If you wish to pay using a credit card a PayPal invoice will be sent to you.
You DO NOT need to have a PayPal account - the payment link will be sent to you with the invoice.
Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to reserve time on our work schedule for hand calligraphy. The balance is due when the completed items are shipped or delivered to you. If you should decide to cancel your order, then the deposit will act as a cancellation fee.Shipping
Shipping and delivery costs are in addition to the above prices - the final invoice will include the shipping costs.If you live in the Saskatoon, Saskatchewan area arrangements can be made to pick up your Calligraphy order. If not, the Canada Post charges will be added to your order.
Handling fees will just be the price of packing materials. If you have sent materials to us, we will use the box your materials are sent in to keep costs at a minimum.
